Opening our doors for the first time, we knew that we have a passion for building a smaller, more personalized experience around jewelry styles, luxury designers, and striking fashion pieces that our clients have asked for over the years. With the jewelry industry changing over the last ten years and preferences growing, we created our store and jewelry pieces to meet all needs and desires, while continuing to stay educated on industry ethics and standards.
As a third generation-run business, we continue to build on 75 years of family legacy started in 1945 when my grandparents Harold Sr. & Mary Alice Lennon opened their first jewelry store on the “Busy Corner” 4 Lafayette Street, Utica, NY. Along with many other Lennon family members that have opened their own stores, Steve and Theresa Lennon continue to keep the family tradition alive 75 years later along with Richard Lennon still living and working at 87 years old, combining 70 years of hands-on experience.
Steve himself has been a trusted jeweler in the area for over 28 years and was previously co-owner of the family business for many years. Theresa brings over 28 years of Sales and Investment management into the business, ten years of jewelry experience and a long-time passion for designing! And of course, our long-time jeweler working along our side earned his graduate Diploma from the Gemological Institute of America and holds certification for diamond grading, jewelry repairs, and stone setting. All to ensure you are provided exceptional, qualified, friendly, and professional staff for a fantastic jewelry shopping experience.
